These terms apply to the use of https://www.drydenter.com/ and to assessment, booking and repair requests made through it. By using the website you agree to them.
2. Photo assessments and estimates
An assessment given from photos is an expert opinion, not a guarantee. Photos cannot show everything a technician sees under PDR lighting. Any estimate provided from photos is approximate and is confirmed — or revised — after inspecting the vehicle in person. You are free to decline the repair after inspection.
3. Bookings
Submitting the Book Inspection form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
4. Suitability and results
Paintless dent repair is only possible when the paint is intact and the metal has not been stretched beyond recovery. We assess each dent honestly and tell you the expected outcome before work starts. Where a dent can only be improved rather than fully removed, we will say so and you can decide whether to proceed.
5. Your vehicle
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to have it repaired. Please remove valuables before leaving the vehicle. We take reasonable care of vehicles in our possession; pre-existing damage will be noted at drop-off.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are confirmed before work begins and are payable on completion unless agreed otherwise. Additional work discovered during repair is only done with your approval.
7. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. Repair suitability, times and prices depend on the individual dent. Before/after photos show work on specific vehicles and results vary.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
