Dry Denter ("we", "us") operates https://www.drydenter.com/. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we collect it and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
- Assessment, booking and contact forms — your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email (optional), vehicle make and model, dent details, your message and the photos you upload.
- WhatsApp and phone — when you contact us directly, WhatsApp/your phone provider handles that communication under their own terms.
- Newsletter — your email address if you subscribe.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites we record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the page that referred you. If analytics is enabled (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) those services set cookies and collect usage data under Google's privacy policy. We also record when our WhatsApp, call and booking buttons are clicked so we can understand which pages help customers.
3. How we use it
- To assess your dent, prepare an estimate and contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To schedule and manage inspections and repairs.
- To improve the website and our services.
- To send newsletter emails only if you subscribed; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Photos you upload
Dent photos are stored privately on our server and are only accessible to our staff through the password-protected admin system. They are not published. With your permission we may use before/after photos of completed repairs in our gallery — we will always ask first.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website (hosting, email delivery, WhatsApp messaging) and when required by law.
6. Retention
Lead and booking records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@drydenter.com.
7. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, uploads are validated and stored outside the public web folder, and admin access is password protected. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send information you consider highly sensitive.
8. Your rights

9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
